3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. oil
1/4 c. water

Mix dry ingredients together, stir. Mix wet ingredients together. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, pour wet ingredients into the well. Form into a ball. Roll pie crust between two pieces of wax paper. Bake at 400 degrees.
