NEVER FAIL PIE DOUGH 
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. solid shortening
1 tbsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix flour, baking powder and sugar in large bowl. Blend in shortening with pastry blender. In a separate bowl, beat together egg, water and vinegar. Pour into flour mixture. Blend thoroughly. Divide dough into 6 balls. Roll out on pastry board, adding flour if necessary. Crusts may be frozen and used later. 6 crusts.
