CHILI HOMINY 
4 oz. can Ortega chilis
3/4 c. grated cheddar sharp cheese
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. chili powder
15 oz. can golden hominy
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
1/2 c. sour cream

Drain water from hominy. Lay 1/2 of the chiles in strips on bottom of greased casserole. Add hominy on top of these and the rest of the chiles. Mix parsley, onion, chili powder together with sour cream. Pour over hominy and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
