3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. onion, diced
1/2 med. pepper, sliced
1 med. tomato
2 (9 oz.) cans white hominy, drained
2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Brown flour in oil, add onion, pepper and tomato. Stir over medium heat, add drained hominy. Stir in water, pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
