CHINESE FRIED RICE 
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. cooked brown rice
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. chopped green onions

Heat oil and soy sauce in non stick skillet over medium high heat. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Add to skillet. Cook stirring until eggs are cooked and rice is hot.
