CHILI RELLANO CASSEROLE | |
2/3 c. uncooked rice 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/4 c. green onion 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. oregano 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans 1 (10 oz.) can drained green chilies, diced 3/4 c. cheddar cheese Cook rice. Mix tomato sauce, onion, garlic powder, and oregano. spray 1 1/2 quart dish with cooking spray. Mix beans and rice together. spread 1/2 of the mixture in dish, layer with chilies and shredded cheese. Cover with rest of bean/rice mixture. Pour tomato sauce over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 6 servings. |
