BAKED CAULIFLOWER | |
3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped 1 tsp. grated lemon zest 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp. ground cumin Freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 head cauliflower Preheat oven to 350. Combine well butter, oil, dill, lemon zest, garlic, cumin and pepper. Trim cauliflower and cut the stem flush with the bottom of the head so it will sit steady. Evenly rub mixture all over cauliflower and place in casserole just large enough to hold it. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 1 1/4 hours until fork tender. |
