CAULIFLOWER AND ONION BAKE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed but not cooked 1 pkg. frozen little onions 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 c. French fried onion rings 2 tbsp. butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup Cook onions as directed. Melt butter and put all ingredients together, reserving about 1/2 can of onion rings for topping. Mix with cream of mushroom soup. Cover top with onion rings and bake in a 350 degree oven, uncovered about 35 minutes. Serves 6. |
