NO SWEAT QUICHE 
8 oz. frozen vegetables, green bean, spinach, etc.
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, cut up
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
1/2 can cheddar cheese, soup
1 1/.2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick, or 3/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, and 1/8 c. shortening
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease pie plate 10 or 8 inch square pan. Cook vegetables until not quite done, 5 minutes. In bowl mix with beater eggs, milk, soup, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Beat well. Add Bisquick. Beat again, until mixed. Add onions, mushrooms, and cooled vegetables.

OPTIONAL: Leftover ham pieces, chicken pieces, bacon pieces (not Bacos), diced. Pour into pan and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
