POPOVERS 
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 425. Beat all ingredients together with rotary beater just until lumps of flour disappear. Overbeating will reduce volume. Pour into well greased deep muffin pan, 3/4 full. Bake 40-45 minutes. They will collapse when underbaked. Serve hot. Makes 5 to 9 popovers.

Note: Can be made with all white flour.
