SPAGHETTI AND BROCCOLI 
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente
2 lg. bunches broccoli, cleaned and chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 c. oil
Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli in salted water. Drain well. Heat oil and garlic until garlic browns. Saute broccoli in oil for 5 minutes. Pour over hot drained spaghetti, toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
