HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 sm. pkg. potato chips, crushed

Mix all ingredients except potato chips together and place in greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle crushed chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 8.
