HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cut up chicken
1 1/2 c. thin sliced celery
3/4 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine above ingredients, setting aside 2 cups cheese for topping. Mix thoroughly. Place mixture in casserole dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips. Heat 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees. Serves 6.
