HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. boiled chicken breast
1/2 c. almonds
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
4 c. crushed potato chips

Mix well all ingredients, except 1 cup potato chips. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with remaining chips. Bake at 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
