LOBSTER SALAD 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion
2 lettuce leaves
12 oz. frozen lobster, thawed and drained
1 hard-cooked egg
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, or celery salt to taste
Dash of paprika

Chop lettuce, celery, onion and hard-cooked egg in a bowl. Add lobster to lettuce mixture. Add mayonnaise and spices to taste. Mix well. Chill. Serve in finger rolls.
