CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken, cooked
2 c. celery
2 c. carrots, (cook celery & carrots in water)
2 c. broth, chilled, drain fat off
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick butter, melted

Bone chicken and put in baking dish. Pour vegetables over chicken. Mix together buttermilk, flour, melted butter. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
