NUTMEG DATE BARS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted and chopped dates
2 c. walnuts
2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13 pan and greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Cut diagonally in rectangles roll lightly in powdered sugar. Cookies freeze well.
