BROCCOLI STUFFED TOMATOES 
6 med. tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice 1/4 inch from stem end of each tomato. Scoop out pulp and seeds; discard. Place in 1-quart glass baking dish. Cook broccoli with onions, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese and mix well. Fill tomatoes with broccoli mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. (Contains 1g fat, 0mg cholesterol and 2g fiber).
