HOT DOG PROVENCAL | |
8 hot dogs 8 slices bacon 1 c. onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes 1/2 tsp. salt 1 dash pepper Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp. Drain most of bacon fat. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Add hot dogs; cover and simmer about 15 minutes. |
