BUCKEYES 
2 lbs. peanut butter
3 lbs. powdered sugar
18 oz. chocolate chips
1 lb. butter
3 tsp. granulated sugar
1 bar paraffin

Mix peanut butter, butter and sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and mixture is smooth. Cool. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Roll peanut butter mixture into 3/4" balls. Dip into chocolate leaving a space about the size of a dime, uncovered. Set on waxed paper to harden.
