YELLOW WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
1 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. cake flour or 2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2 pan or 2 round layer pans, 8 or 9 1/2 inch. In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Fold eggs and vanilla into whipped cream. Sift together remaining ingredients, fold gently into cream-egg mixture until blended. Pour into pans. Bake oblong cake about 45 minutes and layers for 30 to 35 minutes.
