1/2 pt. of thick cream, whipped
3 egg whites, beaten

Add to cream,

1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Flavoring

Sift sugar, flour, baking powder and salt together, then add to the cream and water gradually. Makes 3 layers.
