LOW-CAL SUGAR AND JAMPRINTS 
1/4 c. butter
2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 lg. egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. jam

Heat oven to 325 degrees. In bowl with mixer beat butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Thoroughly beat in egg yolk and vanilla. With mixer on low, beat in flour until blended. Divide dough into 36 pieces. Roll each into a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Make a thumb print in each one. In small bowl beat egg white, brush onto cookies. Bake 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool; add jam to centers. Store in airtight container. 47 calories each.
