PEANUT BUTTER HERSHEY COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 dozen Hershey kisses

In medium bowl, with electric mixer on high, beat all ingredients except flour and kisses until light and fluffy. On low, blend in flour until mixture forms a dough. With hands, shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place balls about 2-3 inches apart on cookie sheet. Makes thumbprint in center of each cookie. Bake 8-10 minutes at 325 degrees. Place kiss in cookie while cooling.
