LEFTOVER BEEF B-B-Q 
Leftover beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice beef as thin as possible or chop. Heat oil in skillet, add onion, cook until slightly brown. Add flour, stir and add water to onion mixture, stirring to obtain desired thickness. Add sauce and seasoning and vinegar. Lastly add meat. If gravy is too thick, add water.
