TOUCH DOWN CHILI 
2 lb. chuck steak
1 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
40 oz. assorted canned beans
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 can lentil soup
1 can minestrone soup
1/4 c. red wine

Cut steak in bite-size bits, roll in flour, heat olive oil and add steak and onions to brown. Add remaining ingredients and cook covered over low heat for 1 1/2 hours, remove cover and cook for another 1/2 hour.
