CABBAGE AND NOODLE SALAD 
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. sliced almonds
2 pkgs. Top Ramen, noodles only (uncooked - crumbled)
1 head cabbage, chopped

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. rice vinegar

Combine in shaker.

Heat oil and toast almonds, sesame seeds until golden brown. Combine with onions, cabbage and noodles. Pour dressing over mixture and chill overnight. Line bowl with romaine lettuce. Then put salad in center.
