OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN 
8 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. salt
Red pepper to taste
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Mix together Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and red pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter, then into Parmesan cheese mixture and lastly into bread crumbs. Place chicken in uncovered baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Baste chicken several times throughout baking with a heated mixture of bouillon cubes and water.
