KNOX BLOCKS 
4 packets of Knox unflavored gelatin
3 sm. boxes of Jello (OR 1 lg. & 1 sm., OR use sugar-free Jello)
1 qt. boiling water

Boil water. Put all gelatin in large heat-proof bowl or cooking pot. Dissolve gelatin with boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Pour into lasagne or square baking dish and refrigerate. It gels quickly and may be cut into squares or use cookie cutters for fun shapes.
