COFFEE KNOX BLOCKS 
1 c. skim milk
4 env. Knox gelatin
1 1/2 c. coffee (boiling, may be instant)
3 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 pkg. artificial sweetener

Mix milk and gelatin. Add boiling coffee. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add artificial sweetener and dissolve. Pour into 9 inch square baking dish. Chill until firm.
