ARTICHOKE HEART DIP 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies

Combine ingredients with chopped artichoke hearts. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes (or 10 minutes in microwave on high). Serve with crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
