ARTICHOKE HEARTS 
1 can artichoke hearts
1 lemon
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 clove garlic
Butter

Rinse off canned artichoke hearts. Mix:

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Mashed clove garlic with some salt and pepper
Juice of one lemon
About 1 tbsp. butter (enough to make mixture stick together)

Spoon open hearts and stuff some mixture into each heart. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until tops brown.
