ICE BOX PIE CRUST | |
4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. brown sugar 2 c. shortening 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 egg 1 tsp. vinegar Put egg in measuring cup and beat slightly. Add vinegar. Fill cup 3/4 full with cold water. Blend dry ingredients with shortening until crumbly. Combine with egg mixture. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use. |
