3 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. hot milk
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt

Mix above ingredients and top with 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
