MUSTARD RING MOLD 
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. salad mustard
1/4 c. water and 1 env. gelatin - mix
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Dash of salt

Mix: Sugar, mustard, turmeric. Beat: Eggs in top of double boiler; add water and vinegar mix to eggs. Stir in sugar mix; cook until slightly thickened. Cool: Fold in whipped cream; pour in Jello mold. Excellent with ham dinner.
