ZESTY KOLBASSI 
1/2 c. whiskey
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 lb. kolbassi, cooked and sliced

Bring first five ingredients to a boil and pour over cooked kolbassi. Refrigerate overnight. Serve hot!
