KATHY'S HEAVENLY SURPRISE 
1 angel food cake
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. container sour cream
2 tbsp. rum or rum flavoring
1 sm. container whipping cream
2 tsp. confectioners sugar
1 cake baker's chocolate

Prepare pudding with the 1/2 cup of milk. Mix with sour cream and rum. Slice cake into three layers. Spread pudding mixture between cake layers. Do not spread too close to edge. Add confectioners sugar to whipping cream and beat. Ice cake with whipping cream. Shave chocolate onto top of cake. Refrigerate.
