1 lb. hamburger, lightly browned, drain 2 c. onions, chopped 2 c. green peppers, chopped 2 c. celery, chopped 2 sm. cans tomato paste Salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot sauce (Tabasco) to taste In medium saucepan, combine browned hamburger, onions, peppers and celery. Add seasonings and tomato paste. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until celery is thoroughly cooked. This is good served on rolls. |
