10-12 tortillas Mayonnaise (low cal) Barbecue sauce Broccoli Lettuce Carrots, shredded Alfalfa sprouts Cheese, grated Heat tortillas with small amount of butter. On each tortilla add 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise. Add some broccoli and then a little barbecue sauce on top. Continue to add lettuce, carrots, sprout, cheese and other vegetables as desired. Serves 5-6. 150-200 calories. |
