1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
5 c. flour, sifted
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mint chocolate chips

Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream; mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Grease bottom of small glass, dip in mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Press cookie flat. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
