SALISBURY STEAK (MICROWAVE) 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 (10 1/2 oz.) Golden Mushroom soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper
1/3 c. water

Combine beef, 1/4 cup soup, bread crumbs, egg, onion and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Use 2 quart dish. Cook 10 minutes in microwave. Turn patties and drain fat halfway through cooking time.

Blend rest of soup with water. Pour over meat. Bake in microwave for 4 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
