1 lb. ground beef 3 lg. onions, sliced 1 lg. green pepper 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes 1/2 c. regular uncooked rice 1-2 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet brown beef. Drain off fat. Add onions and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper; heat through. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour. |
