PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING 
4 med. pork chops
3 c. sm. soft bread pieces
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. plus 1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of celery soup

Brown chops on both sides; season as desired. Place in shallow baking dish. Mix bread, onion, butter, 1/4 of water, and poultry seasoning. Blend soup and 1/3 cup water.

Place mound of stuffing on each pork chop. Pour soup over chops and stuffing. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
