MIZZI RIGATONI 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. smoked sausage
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 button garlic, minced
Salt & pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mizzi Rigatoni (tube-shaped pasta)

Brown onion in butter. Slice sausage and add. Stir until browned. Add tomatoes and other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer one hour or until done. Serve sauce over hot cooked Mizzi Rigatoni. When served, sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
