RIGATONI A LA SOPHIA LOREN 
Heather's favorite high fat and high calorie.

1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (16 oz.) rigatoni pasta
1 sm. pkg. imported ham, diced
1 sm. pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 pt. heavy cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1 (3 oz.) Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta to desired doneness, drain combine in cooking pot (large) garlic salt, ham, peas, cream, beaten eggs, rigatoni, half Mozzarella, cooked over medium heat. Stirring occasionally, until, heated through and thickened. Then pour into casserole dish, cover with both remaining cheeses. Put under broiler until brown and bubbly.

Serves approximately 6.
