RIGATONI & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. rigatoni, cooked 8 minutes, drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat in skillet with onion and garlic. Stir in spaghetti sauce, simmer 10 minutes. In bowl stir together cottage cheese, milk and salt. Add rigatoni; toss to coat well. Spoon 1/2 of the rigatoni mixture into a 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Top with 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
