2 cans beets, drained, save juice 1/4 c. vinegar 1 3/4 c. beet juice 1/4 c. sugar 1 (3 oz.) box Jello (any kind, cherry is best) Let liquid and sugar come to boil. Mix Jello into it. Mix with the beets which have been chopped slightly. Let congeal. Edeltraut McGuire |
