POPCORN CANDY 
6 qts. popcorn
1/3 tsp. salt
2 c. white Karo syrup
2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. walnuts

Cook sugar and syrup until it forms a hard ball in cool water. Add baking soda, butter, salt. Cook until golden in color.

Pour corn and nuts into syrup immediately. Stir until mixture is coated with syrup. Pour onto greased surface. With greased hands, work into loosely clumped pieces. Let cool. Store airtight.
