STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 doz. mushrooms (med. size)
2 hard boiled eggs
1 raw egg
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
Italian bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste

Cut stems off mushrooms and chop finely, scrape out caps. Put all in large bowl. Add chopped boiled eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, raw egg, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well. Put one drop of olive oil and dash of salt in bottom of mushroom caps. Then fill with mixture and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes (can be frozen).
