RAISIN COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
2 c. seedless raisins
2 c. coconut

Combine sugar, flour, vanilla and milk. Stir only until blended. Add raisins and coconut. Toss together lightly with 2 forks until blended. Drop by tablespoon onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden. 3 dozen.
